Marla Lynne Bell. Marla is passionately driven to help clients achieve their greatest aesthetic vision. She prides herself on integrity, years of experience with medical artistry, and cutting-edge technology to create individualized solutions. With over 20 years of experience as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner performing Aesthetic Procedures and Cosmetic Surgery, she has also practiced across the tristate area in Emergency Medicine, Trauma, General and Vascular Surgery. She is Board Certified as a First Assistant and as a Permanent Makeup Artist by the American Academy of Micropigmentation.
Marla is a clinical adjunct professor for Nurse Practitioner Graduate students at Rutger’s University, UMDNJ, and Drexel University where she actively mentors students to help expand their medical and surgical skills. Over the years, her expertise in cosmetic procedures has been sought after for training by other physicians and health care professionals. Marla has been a national panel lecturer for Eclipse Aesthetics educating colleagues on Vampire Facelifts as well as running clinical trials with plasma-rich proteins (PRP).

With a Master’s degree from Drexel University in Nursing and a dedicated holistic approach to healthcare and wellness; Chloe Ruschmeyer focuses on an integrative approach that creates a unique patient-provider relationship in the clinical setting. She holds a Registered Nursing license and an Advanced Practice Nursing Certification in Family Care across a lifespan. She’s board certified through the ANCC and carries multiple integrative health certifications in alternative therapies such as IV infusion therapies and nutrition. Her excellent precision with laser therapy treatments and attention to detail promotes optimal treatment results. Chloe’s mission as a healthcare professional is to deliver exceptional experience and knowledgeable information while building a rapport that allows for a complete quality health and aesthetic care plan.
